Desi Rishta is an online matchmaking service that helps individuals connect with potential life partners. Our aim is to provide an easy-to-use platform with a large collection of genuine profiles, enabling faster matches with minimal screening.

To register, click on the SignUp option located at the top right corner of the Desi Rishta website

You can find the Sign In option at the top right corner of Desi Rishta.

To log out, simply click on the Log Out located on the top right corner of screen.

Under My Profile, there is an Edit Profile option.

It is recommended to add photographs to your profile because it will increase your profile views and chances of finding a good match.

You can view contact details either on the profile summary page or within the profile details page.

It is used to filter out profiles on the basis parameters like – Age, Height, Marital Status, Eating Habits, Religion, Caste, City, State, Country, etc.

Privacy settings are available within the settings menu under the My Dashboard section.

You have the option to block members if you prefer to restrict their access to your profile or prevent them from contacting you on Desi Rishta. You can find their profiles listed under Blocked Profiles given under Setting section of My Dashboard. Should you reconsider, you can choose to unblock them

The WhatsApp feature facilitates sharing profiles with others via a link, which can be easily accessed by both registered and unregistered users on Desi Rishta

Desi Rishta is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for the purpose of matchmaking service. In order to do provide the services, User/Member required to submit certain personal information which is displayed on the Site on behalf of you to find the perfect life partner. You hereby provide your consent to collect, process, and share of your personal information with other user/members in order to provide the service.

Desi Rishta collects two categories of information during your use of our services:

• Details provided by you
  • During registration, you provide personal data including name, gender, date of birth, marital status, physical attributes, lifestyle habits, religious background, astrological details, education, employment, family details, location, photos, contact information, hobbies, and interests.

  • Testimonials and success stories along with photos may be submitted by you.

  • User Engagement : We gather data concerning your engagement with our services, including the date and time of your login, features utilized, searches conducted, clicks made, pages visited, and your interactions with other users, such as exchanged messages.
  • Collecting Device details: We gather information from and about the device(s) including IP address, device ID and type, device specifications and app settings, app error reports, browser type and version, operating system, and identifiers linked to cookies or other technologies that uniquely identify your device or browser.

We retain your personal information and identity proof data (such as Aadhar, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) only for the duration of your use of our service and as permitted or required by applicable law. Typically, we delete or anonymize your information upon deletion of your account, unless retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect the integrity of our website or users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support business operations, or continue to develop and improve our services.

We retain information to enhance our services, and we solely use the information for analyzing the use of our Services, without specifically analyzing personal characteristics about you.

Upon expiration of these periods, your Personal Information will be deleted or archived in compliance with applicable laws. You can delete your data by removing your profile from Desi Rishta.
